Specializing in the Taming and Training of Arabians and many others, She seems to be one with the horse, she is patient, kind, loving, supportive, and she will not let you or your horse down. She doesn't throw in the towel cuz your horse acts up the first few times she's works with them. She is never rough or mean to them, she is so patient with them it's truly amazing to watch her work. She uses Natural horsemanship studied Under Both John lyons in her eariler yrs, then switched over to Clinton Andersons ways a few yrs ago. Her fee's run $650 and up.
I have seen her take a totally wild 11 yr old stallion who's never had a halter on him and have one on him in 5 minutes time. I've seen her gain the trust of a horse that was so abused No one but Paige could get near him. You need a miracle with your Horse you need Paige. She has so much faith in these horses I've seen her stand in one spot and not move a muscle while the horse came charging, only to stop within 2" of her. He uses the natural horsemanshiptechniques of Clinton Andersen. He has been given several horses because the owners could not do anything with them at all... He manages to find their problems and works with them through it. Inone case KC re-trained a stallion that had been to several other trainers who said the stallion was untrainable and that he was dangerous to be around and shouldbe put down... That stallion was ridden everyday for seven years prior to a bad fall that left his owner in the hospital and left the stallion in such a terrible state of confussion no other trainer could deal with him ... KC managed to work with that stallion and brought him backto where a 2 yr old can now ride him safety. He knowshis job, He's expensive but know's what he's doing. Boarding stable in Longview, WA. We offer 12x12 matted stalls, 2 heated wash racks, 2 locking tack rooms, hay and grain storage, indoor and outdoor arenas, 3 round pens, and pasture space. We also have space for trailer parking. We offer only partial care, which means you supply the food and we will feed 2x per day, 7 days per week. We provide fir or alder shavings for bedding, and you are responsible for cleaning your stall every day. Our rates are $165 per month. Please give us a call if you are interested. | Thiessen Arabians Ranch Paige / Owner / Trainer Located about 7 miles outside of Beautiful Molalla, Oregon, with 235 acres of land with trails along the mountain side behind her place. Forest boarders all 4 sides, Gated entry. ( No entry after 9 pm on weeknights, 11 on weekends) She has a Stallion Barn with 6 stalls, a Gelding Barn with 8 stalls, and a Mare barn with 13 stalls and 4 foaling stalls. Then she has a seperate 5 stall Boarder barn with a wash stall, hot and cold water wash, a tack room, plus tack lockers, and a feed room. Each Stall has a Blanket bar, and a horse shoe hook to hold things. Each stall is equiped with Corner feeders with 3 divided feed compartments, and automatic waters. There is runs off of each stall. She uses shavings on top of matted stalls. In the winter time she blankets her horses. The turn out is on 10 acres with a few shade tree's and a creek running thru it. The 10 acres is divided into 3 large turnouts. The Boarders have a assigned area but are welcome to use the trails, and the indoor arena. There is also a small outdoor arena, and a 60' round pen. There is a smaller 40' round pen in the corral next to the boarder Barn. Tounge and groove wood walls 8' tall. Each stall has a door into the isle way and one out to the turnout pen for that stall. She feeds Orchard grass / alf mix. You provide your own supplements and grains, and or treats. Owner lives on site. Full care $450 per month. Self care $200. limited to one stall. Currently there are No openings, But there is one coming open in July she was saying as the lady is Moving and taking her horse with her. She prefers retired horses, She doesn't accept Horse owners under 18 yrs of age. Training and riding lessons ava, at an additional cost.
